The report will consist of a SWOT analysis that assesses various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within your business, along with action plans to address the areas that need improvement.

Strategic Workforce Innovations will offer an on-call, or on-site partnership, which is determined by you based on the size of your business and your needs. In an on-call arrangement, you may contact a consultant when you have a need. With an on-site arrangement, the consultant is in your office on an agreed upon weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. As the size of your business fluctuates, or as your needs change, the partnership can expand and condense as it you see fit.

Our consulting services are offered either on a project basis or on a retainer basis, with a specified scope and fixed-fee pricing. We offer very cost-effective solutions that add value to your business for sustainment and growth. Following the initial consultation, along with the assessment report, we provide a written proposal clearly outlining the deliverables and fixed-fee pricing.
